The Fim Enel MotoE World Cup is the first championship in the world with electric motorbikes made up of 12 teams and their 18 riders will battle to win the first world title in the category. 

Strongly supported by Dorna, it started on 5 May 2019 in Jerez de la Border

MotoE represents the first step of electric two-wheel drive, a certain prospect for the mobility of the future; Sponsoring the MotoE means taking advantage of a great story to tell and guaranteeing your brand positive values.

Being a 100% electric series, MotoE abandons the classic brands that make up the technical backbone of a traditional sponsorship: fuel suppliers, exhaust systems, components for internal combustion engines. However, it is free to embrace a whole series of sectors that have historically been less present but which now have a suitable stage on which to display their services and establish commercial relationships.

Renewable energies, integrated management systems, distribution, commodities, production of zero-emission vehicles, companies involved in the ecological transition, sustainable investment agencies, etc.

MotoE, as well as its 4-wheel counterpart, Formula E, represents a new type of approach to motor racing that is aimed at "old" spectators and simultaneously aiming to involve those interested in new technologies and the social impact environmental of these activities.

Superbike is a younger championship than the world championship and historically more "genuine". By using vehicles derived from the series, it is aimed at a generally more homogeneous audience, made up largely of motorcyclists. The link with production leads to a “win on Sunday-sell on Monday” style approach and consequently there are greater limitations compared to the prototypes used in the other classes seen so far.

The great spectacle ensured by this type of competition has managed to create a considerable and very loyal following over the decades, supported in many cases by national championships with similar regulations. This large audience can be reached at lower costs than the values ​​of MotoGP.

Another peculiarity of the Superbike Championship is that the public is totally involved, as by purchasing the paddock ticket they can participate in all the events held, such as the paddock show, awards ceremonies for all the scheduled races, the possibility of meeting all the riders for photos and autographs. Even for sponsoring companies, it therefore becomes a possibility for visibility/purchase of their product.

La FIM E-Xplorer World Cup is a brand new international series of electric off-road motorcycles that combines action-packed racing, technical innovation, sustainability and exploration.

The series is supported by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) as well as Alejandro Agag and Eric Peronnard.

Twelve teams of two runners will participate, with men and women competing together in total gender equality.

They will compete in a series of global events spanning an iconic mix of urban centers and natural outdoor venues. Aiming to capitalize on motorsport's growing appetite for electrification, E-Xplorer will serve as a testbed for two-wheeled technology, as well as appealing to the next generation of climate-conscious fans.

In a world that is increasingly attentive to the impact that technology and behavior have on the environment, the International Federation is also moving towards a more sustainable approach.

In fact, since the 2022 season, MotoGP has adopted petrols in which the mixture contains a percentage of non-fossil origin. The steps of the path undertaken envisage that by 2024 this threshold will reach 40% and then arrive at a fuel entirely obtained from non-food biomass and other sustainable sources.

The same dynamics will also be implemented in the preparatory classes Moto 2 and Moto 3.

Even in the tire department, the current sole supplier of the premier class - Michelin - has equipped itself to undertake a virtuous process. In fact, already in MotoE the French company offers tires made up of 30% recycled material (plastic materials and orange peels). Soon this type of product will be extended to MotoGP with a percentage of around 40%.

On four wheels this figure rises to 53% for the tires used in the World Endurance Championship.
